THE Berlin Review

A young runaway from the provinces lands at fourteen minutes past six at Zoo station, looking for her “Prince charming”, a Berlin rock musician. She hangs around at subway line 1, where she meets a kaleidoscope of big-city types and fates. With her naivety she acts like a catalyst, provoking contacts, reactions and actions that would never happen without her.
A show, a drama, a musical review about life and survival in the big city, about hope and adjustment, courage and self-deception. “Line 1” invites you to laugh and cry, to dream and think about others, but above all about yourself.
