Daniel Wetzel

Rimini Protokoll is one of the most important performance groups in Germany. Helgard Haug, Stefan Kaegi and Daniel Wetzel have formed an author-director team since 2000. Their works in theatre, radio plays, film and installation are often created in constellations of two or three. They develop their theatre in extensive research, casting and conception processes on stage as well as in urban space, focusing on experts from everyday life. The focus of their work is the further development of the means of theatre to enable unusual perspectives on our reality.
