Jarita Freydank

Jarita Freydank is a Berlin-based drummer, percussionist, singer and producer.
After studying music at the Institute of Music at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, she moved to the big city. She has been on the road with Judith Holofernes since 2013 and has played for Astrid North and Jaqee, among others. In addition to her work on stage and in the studio, Jarita gives workshops on rhythm/groove & voice. 
In 2018 she produced and released her debut “JARITA & THE AFROBEATMOVEMENT - Live at Planet Earth EP” and her two singles can be heard on all platforms. She composes for various productions in theaters and dance performances. She is currently working on her album and producing her YouTube series “JAMMIN WITH JARITA”, in which she conducts national and international interviews with musicians.
