A pleasure between the will for freedom, self-empowerment and community
They know each other well. One is practicing flying. And Two is amazed at his feet. One comes with the other – things are moving forward! One and Two are always together. But everyone knows that all good things come in threes! Or maybe Four? But Three does not participate. He says: “No, I can do that on my own.” And dives under the table. But how nice it is to be found even when you have hidden yourself. Four does not speak much, but his sounds tell of both loneliness and security.
Three players and a musician enter a world under a huge table. A world in which tasks appear that seem bigger than you are. We all face hurdles again and again that we cannot yet overcome with our previous skills. And we are all happy when we find ways over these hurdles or shortcuts. The four under the table invite you to a musical and comical exploration of the special moments when you have achieved something alone for the first time, and the moments when we realise what we need the others for. A world from a child’s perspective that keeps turning proportions upside down.
